🎈 TERMS OF SERVICE
BOOKING | DEPOSITS
A $50 booking fee is required to reserve your event date and time.
This fee will be applied toward your final balance.
Please call or text Jenny to confirm availability before submitting a deposit.
Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
PAYMENT
The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the event.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Deposits are non-refundable, unless Jenny is unable to perform for any reason.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your event, please provide as much notice as possible. Rescheduling may be accommodated based on availability.
ARRIVAL AND SETUP
Jenny will arrive prior to the scheduled start time to set up and be ready to begin promptly.
Please ensure:
A safe, designated space is available
Adequate room for guests to line up
Protection from extreme weather if outdoors
OUTDOOR EVENTS | WEATHER POLICY
For outdoor events, the client is responsible for providing:
Shade from direct sun
Protection from wind or rain
If conditions are unsafe or damaging to equipment, services may be paused or adjusted.
PERFORMANCE CONDITIONS
Jenny is committed to providing a fun, safe, and professional experience.
The client is responsible for maintaining a respectful and safe environment for all guests and performers.
LIABILITY | INSURANCE
Jenny is fully insured and takes all reasonable precautions to ensure a safe experience.
However, the client assumes responsibility for supervision of children and guests during the event.
Proof of insurance, including Certificates of Insurance (COIs), can be provided upon request.
ADDITIONAL PERFORMERS
If additional performers or services are booked through Jenny, all terms will be communicated in advance and coordinated accordingly.
